Payment Policy.
We accept following methods of payment:
- All major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card,
Discover and American Express)
- Personal Checks and Certified Bank Checks
- Western Union and Bank Wire transfers.
- Money Orders
- PayPal
For ALL Credit Card payments:
- Due to the high value of inflatable boats
and rafts, we ship ONLY to the address where customer
receives their credit card billing statements. In other
words - we ship ONLY to the Credit Card BILLING address. NO
EXCEPTIONS. We are required by Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX
to ship ONLY to the billing address of credit card, with a
signature confirmation, in order to be protected from Credit
Card Frauds and Chargebacks.
- We accept PayPal payments only from
"CONFIRMED" shipping address. Address can be
"Confirmed" by PayPal if it does match billing
address of your credit card.
- If the customer needs to ship to the
address that DOES NOT match credit card billing address, or
if your billing address is PO BOX and you need to ship merchandize
to your alternative home address, these are the options:
Payment by Personal or Bank check, Money Order, Western
Union or Bank Wire transfers.
- Customers may also contact Credit Card
issuing Bank and temporary set alternative shipping address as
Billing Address. These changes have to be done BEFORE
order is placed. After item has been shipped, customer may
contact his/her Credit Card
issuing Bank once again and switch Billing Address back to
the original.
We ship ALL inflatable boats and rafts via
FedEx Ground with Signature confirmation. No deliveries to PO Box, unless you
can be present at the time of delivery.
All Money Transfer, US originated Checks and
Money Orders clear in 3 days. Canadian bank checks clear in 5 days.
We do not accept credit card payments for
orders outside of Continental US or Canada.
All payments from Alaska, Hawaii, Caribbean or
Puerto Rico have to be in the form of certified bank check.
No COD or Financing. All orders has to be paid
in full before delivery.
Local pick up orders has to be pre-paid in
advance by credit card, or customer may bring cash on pick up.
All local pickup orders are subject to 7% FL state tax.
